This was the scene during my run yesterday morning. A wet spring day, mid-morning during the work week and here I was running, and this guy was just about to head into the surf.
When the waves are good the parking lots on the walkway are full from the surfers taking a break from their workday. (And full of men getting in and out of wetsuits….enough to make a girl blush.)
That’s one of the greatest things about living here, the true quality of life. The time that’s not spent in commute, but engaged in living. Running, surfing, bike riding, kayaking, gardening, barbequing…time for all of the pursuits of life.
Suits me just fine.
