At night, we light the fire, and the house is warm and bright. We’ve also changed over our breakfast menu. No more avocados in our “Full Kiwi” we’ve added hash brown potatoes (love celebrating my American roots,) and porridge (oatmeal,) has been added.
Here’s to warmth, light, cosy nights, flannel sheets, candle light, hearty food, crisp morning walks, comforting lap blankets, scarves and having passed the longest day of the year. Need to get my garlic in – and enjoy the surprises of winter!
